What are the consumer rights in cases where one supplier e.g. a transport provider offers a package with another
e.g. a photographer/videographer or a band with a DJ, you book by email & pay this supplier upfront and the other fails to provide the service?
I imagine raise it directly with them both but if still no resolution, is there a contract with the original supplier (in absence of formal written contract)
and they should give a refund and/or face further action such as small claims, bad publicity etc??
