Website for changing address

Has anyone used the website www.newaddress.ie for changing their address when moving?
It would be useful for some changes but maybe not for all as far as I can see.

I gave this a go - we moved 2 years ago, and I'd been trying to change the address for my credit card bill to no avail since (believe it or not!).. I thought this might just be the job to do it, seeing as calling, writing, etc was not working.. and it did - just filled in a form or two and it was all done!! They remove you from their database once they've completed the process too apparently.
