Website for changing address

I gave this a go - we moved 2 years ago, and I'd been trying to change the address for my credit card bill to no avail since (believe it or not!).. I thought this might just be the job to do it, seeing as calling, writing, etc was not working.. and it did - just filled in a form or two and it was all done!! They remove you from their database once they've completed the process too apparently.
