Web page with low income

Hello there, Ive been working on a website for travelers with disability since january and im not registered as self employed, im unemployed, the website is not yet complete but it will be just a small comission based thing on arranging travel for people, I would however like to legalise the sight to promote publicity, how much would it cost me to register as self employed if this is the route a webpage would take, also would i lose my dole payments? anyone out there advise me on this?

see how much you are earning for the site before you go crazy and start registering yourself as a limited company / self employed etc.
