Where is the best place to get an inexpensive web page designed. I provide Bookkeeping / accounting services so a basic one would do !!! All ideas welcome.

You should search the web for companies that offer this service.
Recommendations are also worth getting.
Have a clear idea of what you want.
I recommend you contact at least three companies.
Get a price from each and ensure that their quote includes a breakdown of what you will get.
Then go with the one that offers closest to what you want.
Cost shouldnt be the overall deciding factor.

Obtaining personal recommendations from friends, family or colleagues is the best way to look for any service provider. Searching through websites, directories etc is okay for verifying someone who has been recommended but is otherwise risky, as you don't really know who you are dealing with.
