Hi All,

Anybody got suggestions for an online accounts package for a small pub.

Would like to be able to do cash management including Z readings along with the usual stuff

Are you looking for an online system to do it all?

Most clients seem to keep the till system and the accounting system separate.

They have a till system and stock control system that produces X & Z reads that are reconciled to cash balances at a point in time. Monthly stock takes, then produce margins and stock loss reports.

Then they run sage in parallel, I guess that's the way they want it.

thanks for coming back to me.

the till system will be kept separate but ideally we will manually post the till readings into the cashbook on the accounts system so we have accurate cash balance
