I have a reverse Osmosis System from this Company. Got an incorrect set of replacement filters. Have contacted the Company several times but get nothing but promises. Several weeks on now I am stuck as to how to replace my filters. Does anyone know if this Company has gone out of business ? I feel like I am just being fobbed off and they are deliberately selling sets of filters on 'deals' web sites knowing they do not fit the units. Anyone else have this experience with Water2Buy?
