Water pouring from Neighbouring house

Hello there,

We moved into our new home last week. Since then I am noticing that water from my neighbours house is continously pouring, unfortunately it is spilling huge amount of water to myside of the house, which is spoiling my decking.

How do I handle this issue? They seems not to care for our requests.

Can you see where it is coming from ? is it from the overflow spout up by the roof eaves ? If so they have a problem with the ballcock in their water tank and need to get it sorted. If the houses are that new then the builders should be able to sort it out pretty quick.

Get a hose. Point it at their back door. Switch on. Leave on. Might get a message through.
