Water fine downstairs, hot water upstairs but no cold?

Hi all

another water problem!

Our taps downstairs in the kitchen are fine, plenty of water from hot & cold.

Upstairs, hot water is working fine, but the cold water is just a trickle. Have tried putting on the hot water and covering the spout and forcing it back up per a previous thread but it didn't work. Got a plumber last week who discovered an air lock somewhere and fixed it but then this started happening in the cold tap upstairs. Any ideas??

Call the plumber back. I presume you paid him to ensure you have cold water upstairs. Sounds like the job was declared "finished" too quickly......
