Just copied this from my email, now I have my own water supply BTW.

"Dear Customer,
Your Water Ireland bill is now available. The total amount due is € 298.19.. Download bill attached on email now to view your bill.

i just checked my e-mail and just got irish water bill available online ,didnt even open it, presume it contained what you posted above
 
Probably same email. Constantly checking emails now trying to root out the scam ones.
