Watching programs on the internet

Just thought Id share, I missed a 'Cutting Edge' documentary on Channel 4 recently that Id wanted to see and last night went looking for it on their website to see when or if it would be re-shown, and found that i could watch it on their On Demand site - a brilliant resource, they have over 500 documentaries listed (i didnt look at other programs but they seem to have a lot).

The resolution is not as good as your tv would be but its grand.

So there is a useful resource for people to watch stuff they may have missed. I havent tried other channels sites - perhaps people could post here any they find useful?
