Washing machine door seal

I am trying to replace the seal on a tricity bendix aw851 washing machine.I have been all over the web,the only videos I see are machines where the front comes off.Any body on here any experience of doing a job on one of these.I can get it so far,then when I try the next bit,the part thats on falls off.I am running out of fingers

I meant I was losing my own fingers between the seal and the drum I managed to get it done today,and pretty quickly too...I think that seal knew I was getting annoyed,but it was one of the most contrary jobs I have done!
