Warrenstown Dublin 15 question

Hi all! Who knows anything about Warrenstown area Dublin 15? Is it good or not? Who are the locals? Thinking about moving there...but having doubts about it...
 
I live quite near here. Parts of the estate are quite scruffy now but some of the roads are nice. It's sandwiched between Ladyswell and Corduff which are both pretty rough.
It's not the nicest part of Dublin 15. You'll probably get something for the same price in Huntstown or Hartstown which are nicer areas.
