I heard this on the news this morning.

It says further on in the article that Canada, New Zealand and the U.S. have also issued similar warnings.
I'm just wondering why if this is such an issue that it hasn't been made a worldwide warning? I mean obviously maybe other countries have issued similar warnings and it just hasn't been reported in the news but I'm just wondering would there be any particular reason why warnings have been issued to these travellers in particular?
