Word of warning to anyone yet to activate their 365 online app I just spent over an hour activating mine, the automated phone system failed, then the first agent failed after repeatedly putting me on hold and claiming it wasn't possible yet. This is despite the letters and communications from BOI saying I could do this at any time in advance, eventually, they said that was incorrect and said to call back after the card activation date on the 8th of February. I didn't feel like waiting until next week to get it sorted as this would be after my KBC card had been stopped and everyone else who transferred with an issue would likely be calling. I called back to try another agent who thankfully got me set up in about 10 minutes. My wife is going through similar now hers failed at a different step after I let the agent who got mine working go unfortunately!
