Myself and my husband are thinking of going on a walking holiday in September. We're thinking of France. Just wondering if any of you out there have tried a walking holiday and if you'd have any suggestions.

Haven't been on one but I remember reading about a walking holiday route in France in the Sunday Times a few weeks/months ago. Could you have a search of their website or contact them for the details. I think it gave all the details of the area, the distances from town to town and places to stay and eat. I remember it because it sounded idyllic.
