Waiting on correct Suite for over 6 mths

Hi My Mother bought a suite of furniture back in march, she was told delivery would be by the end of April which she was happy with.When they came out with delivery it was the wrong suite.They gave her a spare suite until the correct one was ready which they said it would by the end of June, she accepted this,no sign of suite up to September after many phone calls.They rang her 3 weeks ago today, they said it will be delivered the next day she is still waiting. 3 weeks later. She had to pay the total amount up front, Now she wants to know can she demand her money back when she goes up to them on Saturday if the suite is no there, what can she do Thanks
 
I would imagine that she is entitled to a full refund since they have not delivered on their side of the transaction. Check out [broken link removed], and drop hints about the if necessary.
