I currently wait on the premier guarantee certificate to Close house sale. Its been going on the last 4 weeks now, the builder has been slow in doing the work and for independent engineers that want to come out and inspected the work.
My solicitor wont close the sale without the cert, which i understand. But is there any thing else that can be done to get around this????
