W8BEN form

Hi
I am director of a limited company and have to fill out a W8BEN form but I don't know what to tick for beneficial owner? I've read the instructions, but i'm still having trouble.
anybody have any tips?

is a US Revenue form that non-US Residents complete to claim exemption from US Withholding taxes.

Shireenshort - whose name are the US shares in? - yours or the limited company?

FYI - "Corporation" = Limited company
