Recently got a 2020 VW Sharan.
The sat nav does not show the names of towns, it does show townlands though. So if driving on say the N5 through Roscommon we don't see Ballaghaderreen at the point where it should be. And we don't see the town of Roscommon. But we see all the small townlands around it.
Have been through all the options and have got others to do same but there is no setting to change this.
VW guy at recent service looked at it and said he didn't know and told me to use google maps off my phone but I want to use the actual sat nav.
Has anyone come across this or have any ideas ?
I've had plenty sat navs before including VW and never come across this.
