VRT Reclaim on Company Car

If a car is bought in the North for business purposes and VRT is charged when brought into Ireland, are you allowed reclaim the VRT paid?

Which is strange, as you can claim VAT back on a company car and VRT is just another form of VAT

not 100% I know, but you can now claim a portion of VAT for company cars so can you also claim a portion of VRT
