Voluntary redundancy And The Dole

Just a short question. Asking for my girlfriend. She has been given the opportunity to take voluntary redundancy and would get paid out circa 19-20k. While she is hoping to find another job quickly if she does decide to take it she is wondering whether she will still be entitled to claim the dole.

It may take her some time to find a job.. The 19-20k could be long gone. It may seem appealing now but I'd advise her to think long term. Also SW payments are very likely to be cut in budget....
