VOIP on the Nokia E90

OK, I am probably a bit lazy (or very busy with the new addition to the household!) but what's the quickest way to get up and rolling on VOIP with the E90? Do I need to register with the likes of Skype first or what's needed? Can anybody give me a quick 123 quick start guide. Doesn't need to be a complete dummy's guide! Cheers.
 
AFAIK, 3 are the only netowrk that allow VOIP - I think you have to download the Skype softward first.

There very good little tricky to set up, you will be connecting your phone through Session Initiation Protocol or SIP settings in the Nokia.

Just go to that web addres above and set up an account and in 10-15 mins you will be able to make and recive VOIP calls through your Nokia E90
 
If you get stuck on the setting up the E90 for VOIP let me Know its a little tricky ..I can run you through it.
