Due to illness the documentation didn't receive any attention and it's only now that I'm getting around to looking at my options - if any - after more documents have been received.
The latest forms received are Verizon Dealing Form & W-8BEN form.
The 'Scheme of Arrangement' is '1' .Are there any views on selling or holding this?
if keeping, does the W-8BEN need to be completed?
I've received two cheques - Return of Value:Income Payment and Return of Value:Verizon fraction Payment. On the Tax Voucher the tax credit works out about 11% - is that the US dividend withholding tax rate?
Would be really grateful for an explanation of this and any other relevant details.
