Hi,

I was wondering if you have knowledge on the following issue. My wife's pay as you go lifetime number suddenly started displaying the message sim not provisioned.

I will not bore you with the story of horror I had going between the shop and online support and the pointless trouble shooting. Anyway it as I explained from the beginning most likely a system error as the sim had been checked in multiple phones and the number was not dialing.

It turns out they applied the number to a corporate account. So right now we are in day 6 - calls to the hotline are met with - "we will text you when its resolved".

Any advice on how to proceed here?
