Hi, my landline is with Vodafone (I don't have broadband, it's landline only). The landline is down, no dial tone. I rang the number they have for reporting landline faults (1907) and I got this virtual assistant (Tobi). I tried the chat option on the website, same thing. Is there any way I can report a fault and get it logged (by an actual person that is)?

Thanks, that actually took me to the virtual assistant as well but after ignoring his instructions and waiting a good bit I got on to a technical assistant eventually and reported the fault.
