I never received the replacement certificate for the Vodafone Consolidated Shares issued in August 2006. i only realised this a few weeks ago. I have spoken to someone else who also doesn't seem to have received them, although both of us have received every other share certificate (for shares via dividend re-investment) issued before and after August 06. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, how was it resolved. I don't feel I should have to fork out upwards of £60 for a replacement certificate if the problem originated with Computershare.
