I had a Vodafone 400 Text Add On, meaning that I had 400 texts pm for €23.97 + VAT. In the past couple of months the number of texts I've been sending has been reduced from around 500 to 150 p.m, so I changed to 100 Text Add On, as I was carrying over 300+ texts each month.
I checked my bill today and at the start of May I had 735 texts (335 rolled over and 400 Text Add On), I sent 191 but only 100 have carried over, so I have lost 444 texts.
I rand Vodafone to query it but was told that the maximum number of texts that can carry over is the number of texts that you have on your add on. I wasn't aware of this when I changed my add on and now I have lost text messages that I have paid for. Just a warning for anyone downgrading their priceplan or add ons.
