Vodafone 3G usb modem

Bought one of these plug and play chaps yesterday, logged in as administrator I can load the software which is on the device.
However logged on as myself I cannot load the software, I have administrator rights as well.
I have tried the usual , Device Manager and all that but no luck.
I have spent hours on hold/talking to vodafone but no luck there either.


Any ideas/advice etc.

Right click on the install program and select Run As....


then enter the admin user details
