Hi, when I got this phone I never set up a Vodafone 360 Account which backs up all Contacts.
Now the option has been closed down.
Vodafone staff and 360 Back Up say they cant be backed up by Vodafone.
My handset needs repairs to the touch screen as it is now unusable.
However, there appears to be no way of backing up contacts on this phone. There is no option for transfer to SIM or memory card.
All new contacts added on the phone were saved automatically to the phone memory which means they will be deleted when the phone gets wiped for repair.
I have had to write down all contacts as a back up.. Ridiculous!
Can anyone tell me if it can be done as when I get the phone back it will be useless if it can't, eg what do you do if you get another handset?
Cheers.

Samsung have a PC program (Samsung Kies) which allows you to back up contacts/music/photos from a phone to a PC via a USB cable.

I downloaded the program from the Samsung website (samsung.com)

I've got a Samsung Chat phone, but it may work with H1 as well
