Visiting Inishmore

Hi,

Taking a holiday in Ireland this year and had planned to go to Inishmore and stay a night there. Accomodation rates are quite high on the island plus some places have a two-night stay policy. I've never been there before but could you go in the morning and catch the last ferry back to Doolin? Is that enough time there?

Its been a few years now since we visited Inishmore, but we did day tirp, hired bicycles when we arrived, cycled round the island to Dun Aonghos, stopped at all the little pubs for refreshments along the way and was back for the ferry. you should be able to do it in 1 day. http://www.aranislands.ie/
