I am looking for a Villa Holiday with private pool for two weeks for 3 + 2 for the last two weeks in Oct.Has anyone any experiences or suggestions on where to search online.

Used these in 2001 for a holiday in August/September.

It was very good service then, they even got us cheaper car hire rates than the advertised ones on the web.

It is seven years ago now, so I don't know how useful it is to you now.

I've recently booked Villa incl pool through owners-direct.co.uK, as the web page suggests you deal direct with the villa owners, one drawback is the payment is desired in stg£, but the person I dealt with had a € A/C so I paid in €. I paid circa €3.9K for 2 weeks in July inclusive of Air fare (2A+3C). This compared to between €4.5 & €6.5K from a travel agent.
 
Thanks to all.Checking out some of the Web sites.Prices look a lot better than in a package holiday.
