We're FTBs with 317,000 to spend. Has anybody got an opinion on what it's like to live in CLondalkin, public transport, amenities etc. Are there any no go areas?

As pointed out there is a general clondalkin thread open already. If you want a specific are there then either search for an existing one or if not there start a new thread on that specific area/estate.
