Viewings while current tenants still there

Tenants have given notice not to reniew lease in 1 month i have advertised on daft.what is the story with viewings tenants are still there
 
There is usually a provision in the lease for this. If not ,try and come to an agreement with the tenant to have the viewings on an evening/morning that suits them. If not in lease and the tenant objects then I think your hands are tied until the current lease is up.
 
The tenants have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property.You have no right to show the property without agreement from the tenants .
 
The lease they signed clearly states to allow viewings in the last month of lease.

I would always highly recommend a vacant property when perspective tenants view it.
Have it looking immaculately clean and presented like a showhouse. If a tenant sees that a landlord has taken pride in presenting his property like a showhouse, then he/she is far more likely to take pride in its upkeep.
