Victoria Avenue Cork

Hi ,I'm looking at a place in Victoria Avenue Cork ,it is between the old blackrock road and Borreenamana road ,any info on what the place is like ,it looks a nice enough place and the location is great just 5 minutes from the city centre and your on the south link in 2 minutes ,any info would be great.

Know it well(I'm not the vendor by the way).Great location & very mature area-you'll pay top dollar though

lived there for 4 years and sold at double what i paid for it but the person who bought from me made 200k profit..is it one of the old 3 storey's.pm if you want anymore info as there are a few possibilities adn i have been in a few of the houses over the years..great location though for walking into and out of town but unless u have a drive then parking is a nightmare
