Vhi -Group schemes.

My wife was in a company group scheme with the VHI. The scheme runs from August to August. However it would appear that the VHI only updated the amendments to the scheme in April of this year, 8 months after it was renewed. Is it not posible for the VHI to put pressure on companies to send in their amendments sooner?

Are you sure it was the company who caused the delay?

Could there have been a breakdown in communication between the two which was the exception and only discovered recently?

Is the real problem that an additional premium was applied and can only be paid over a short period?
