Hi folks
Looking to go travelling/packpacking for a year+ and was considering my options. I know there is topics on this already

But I am looking for peoples general experience with this package:

in particular, covering the support they offer, the claims procedure…etc.
It is pricy at 763 for level one and then there is an option of level 2. I consider this as pricy enough compared to others mentioned on here but it does seem like a good package all the same.
The reason that I am considering them is that I underwent a procedure with them and if I have to go with someone else I will have to explain this to them, which they probs wont cover as it would probs fall in the pre-existing condition. Anyhow let me know your thoughts/experiences with this package? thanks
