VHI day to day medical

Hello,
I recieved a form from the VHI a month back which is called a Day to Day medical expences form.
I am just wondering when do i send it off ? I have 4 doctor receipts and i may have to go for an x ray this week.
Will i fill out the form and send it off after the x ray ?

I think VHI prefer if you save up your receipts and submit the form on an annual / biannual basis. Having said that I have sent in receipts every three or four months and there have been no problems. Hope that helps.
 
You can send them in as often as you like. I have submitted several of them in a single year.
