Very little correspondence from ICS mortgages, former Ulster Bank customer.

To date I have received very little correspondence from ICS mortgages although there are about 4 payments already having been paid to ICS.
And one or 2 ECB rate changes over the same time period.
I used to get at least 2 letters from Ulster Bank about each rate change.
Maybe ICS are saving on postage stamps.

Why not contact them to ask about this?

From my experience Ulster tended to send 2 letters when one - or less - would have done. It wouldn't surprise me if ICS were more efficient.

There's something to be said for not being spammed. While it might not be timely, perhaps ICS are of the view all the relevant information will be detailed in your annual statement. Or does your original contract provide a commitment to contacting you about certain charges e.g., rates changes?
