Typo perhaps to grab attention?...if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.

Doubt if you would get that property for even 10K, cheapest costal properties I have heard/seen in around south costa blanca area would be maybe E45,000 that would be for repossed properites in not good locations. If it sounds to good to be true it probably is.

It's definitely not what it seems.

Do the sums on the mortgage repayments and rate that they quote of 290 GBP/ month @2.5% = €330 / month => mortgage value of €158K.
