verbal abuse towards children

+ 1 regarding the post being moved. I had a problem with one of my neighbours playing loud music on a constant basis once the sun came out. Contacted the council who wrote them a letter and cc'd me on it and also contacted my local county council rep who in fairness to him dropped into them and asked them to turn it down. Much to my surprise they did, no problem since. Get on to your local td, councellor etc and get them to contact the guards on your behalf. Also contact Citizens Information and any other organisations you can think of, sooner or later you will come across someone who is willing to do something to help you.

By the way I also live on a private road. the councellor did tell me it would be easier to deal with if the people were tenents rather than owners but he got it sorted none the less.
