Velux window

Can anyone tell me who installs velux windows in Dublin. Velux don't reccommend any fitters and any no's i rang in yellow pages re window adds don't do velux.

is it an existing roof??
what will the room be used for??
if its a bedroom it will have to comply with fire escape regulations and may necessitate the cutting of a support purlin..... dodgy thing to do......

If you need it for fire escape check out Carey Glass in Tipp they make one using there Low E Glazing and it has a handle on the bottom so its easy to open.

The last thing I would do is use the yellow pages to source a tradesman. If they are any good then they don't need to have an add in the yellow pages.

The best way to get a good tradesman is through word of mouth/reputation.
