VCD to DVD?

Hello,
Got a digital camera with a load of photos. In internet place they burn memory card to CD (VCD), which, as far as i know, means i can view it on computer and some (very limited number) of DVD/VCD players. How do i go about getting this cd changed to a dvd so can view on normel DVD player.
