I stumbled upon this while trying to get the euro symbol while composing a response. I inadvertently hit the ALT+4 keys instead of the ALT Gr+4 keys. This lead to a forum search page and I lost a long and involved post. The back arrow did not work.
I then discovered the following by trial and error.
ALT+1 home forum
ALT+2 new posts
ALT+3 changes the appearance of the thread (rather nice feature)
ALT+4 search forums (beware if you are composing a post as it will be lost)
ALT+5 links and about
ALT+ numbers above 6 doesnt seem to do anything.
