VAT situation in regards to reselling "imported" Service

A Chairde,
I'm in the process of starting my own IT & Media solutions company with my partner.
One product we're listing is web-hosting which we resell from our own hosting provider. As our hosting provider is US based, they charge no VAT (or equivalent) on their "services". Now if we were to resell these services in Ireland, would we charge VAT on them? (at 21.5% for services i believe) , even if we effectively bought at 0%
Also, is there any Customs implications on "importing" a service as if it where goods for resale?

Le Meas,
Seaghan

You must self account for the VAT on the invoices from the US provider and charge on VAT to your customers.

There are no customs duties on services.
