Could you not ask them before making the purchase ? As they are registered for VAT then a VAT registered purchaser should be entitled to a VAT invoice. ( note it is an invoice that gives VAT input credit not receipt )
Incidentally a neighbour got a Fuji-Siemens from Dunnes a while back and it's not a half bad machine at all. Price was good then too I think €499 for the higher spec'd one.
