Im setting up a small online business to sell a product,
later i want to try sell to retailers (wholesale),
i want to try keep the gap between the online price and potential retail price as close as possible, the big difference being shipping, its bulky, shipping costs 18+vat
can i claim vat on shipping to a third person if i market it a 70euro, including free shipping, eg, putting shipping down as an expense to me?
I just dont want to charge 50e online, plus 20 shipping,
and for that person to see it in a retailer in 6 months for 65euro?
can anyone give advice on how to close the gap, without biting my margin?
