Vat 100

Vat 100 query?

Can vat be claimed on diesel on this form for both the uk and the republic of Ireland or do I use another form for the south. We have a courier company and use 2 vans. we have a seperate car for private use-what do i do. thanks

No - HMRC form, north only.

Hi Thanks for that. do you know what form is used for south or do i contact inland revenue in ireland if that is the correct route or name. thanks so much for your reply i'm lost here..jmc

I'm sure someone can, but what are you trying to do?

Are you VAT-registered in the North?

Are you VAT-registered in ROI?

Do you spend money on diesel on both sides of the border?

Are the vans registered in the North?

What has your private car got to do with all of this?
