Hi,

I'm looking for a nice hotel in Galway Sat night was thinking maybe the G or the Radisson but they are all full...any ideas??Short notice I know...figured there would be a plethora of free rooms with the recession but it doesn't seem to be the case!
 
Try the house hotel (not to be confused with the ParkHouse)- very nice. I actually prefer it to the G hotel. 2 weeks ago I got a weekend, 2 nights b&b and dinner on one night for 258 euro. Right in the heart of the city (unlike the G). Only gripe was the food was very average but the rooms were very nice. So maybe just book b&b and go somewhere liek Vina Mara for dinner- if it's not too late!

I got a great deal (a few days ago) in Hilton Kilmainham (4*) there for tonight: €74 for double guestroom including breakfast. Looking forward to using their pool.
