Valentia purchase of Eircom shares

Like many others I am trying to compute Eircom losses to offset First Active gains for CGT purposes.
Whilst the price we paid to purchase Eircom shares at launch was 3.90 Euro can anyone advise what price was paid by Valentia for the compulsory purchase ?

Flotation price for Eircom 3.90 Price payed by Valentia 1.335
On 13 May 2001 Vodafone shares were issued to Eircom shareholders at rate 0.9478 Vodafone for every 2 Eircom shares held
